PlanAlert processes account details, planning case information and documents you choose to provide, property or postcode searches, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.
Why we use it
We use information to provide your account and requested PlanAlert features, secure and maintain the service, respond to support or legal obligations, and improve reliability. PlanAlert does not sell personal information.
Service providers
PlanAlert relies on service providers for hosting, authentication, database services, payments, email and selected application features. Information is shared only as needed to provide those services and subject to their applicable safeguards.
Planning information and documents
Do not upload information you are not entitled to use. Planning outputs are informational and may contain information from public sources. Review important findings against the named official source.
Retention and your rights
We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the service, security and legal requirements. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to use of your personal information.
Cookies
PlanAlert may use cookies or similar browser storage that are necessary for sign-in, security and core service operation. Optional analytics will not be enabled without an appropriate privacy review and, where required, consent.
