What PlanAlert provides
PlanAlert is an information and drafting tool. It can help you organise planning material, review source-backed information and prepare a response. It is not legal or professional planning advice and does not guarantee a planning outcome.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for checking application details, deadlines, source information, generated summaries and drafted representations before relying on or submitting them. A PlanAlert export is not evidence that a planning authority received or registered your response.
Acceptable use
You must use PlanAlert lawfully, must not interfere with or abuse the service, and must not upload material you do not have the right to process. Automated or excessive use intended to bypass service controls is prohibited.
Official and third-party information
Planning, property and area information can depend on official or third-party sources whose coverage and availability change. Important property-specific findings should be confirmed with the named official source.
Accounts and subscriptions
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure. Where paid features are offered, the applicable price, billing terms and cancellation information are shown before purchase or in the subscription area.
Availability
We aim to keep PlanAlert reliable, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Features may change where necessary for security, law, source availability or service maintenance.
